Service Description

Safe and damage free removal of eyelash extensions. If you decide to do removal on the day when you have a set of extensions booked in, you will be charged the deposit fee of £20 as it will not be possible to book someone else in for your slot.

Cancellation Policy

Booking fee is non-refundable. £10 late fee for 10mins late. 15 mins late and your appointment may be canceled. You must provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice to reschedule your appointment. Those who provide less than 48 hours notice must pay a £15 rescheduling fee. No refunds. If you cancel the morning of your appointment you will be charged the FULL amount of the appointment missed if they wish the rebook. These terms and conditions are final. RESCHEDULE: You can create an account on the website using the email you booked with to reschedule. If you need to reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, please contact Ilay via instagram/email.
